As a clinic or patient, you have the right to make comments and complaints about our services. Your opinions are important to us and give us an opportunity to improve our operations. Your comments are handled in accordance to our complaints handling routine, which is briefly described below. You have the right to feedback on the actions taken. Comments and complaints can be submitted to all our staff, either in writing or orally. We recommend that you use e-mail to info@lifegenomics.se You can also write a letter to:

Describe the incident and your comments, complaints or suggestions for improvement. State any questions you would like answered and whether you would like to receive feedback after the investigation and how you would like the feedback to be provided. Also provide your contact information. We will respond to your comments orally or in writing. The extent of the response depends on the nature of the incident.
